The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in sales or sales leadership, strong CRM skills, and a passion for creating energetic, high-performing teams that deliver measurable results for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• A/BS degree plus 5+ years in sales development or related roles.
• 5+ years in sales, sales management, or sales consulting with a client-retention record.
• Proven experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support producers and sales leaders with pipeline management and reporting.
• Coordinate business development campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Collaborate with Area President and Market Leaders on meetings and growth programs.
• Analyze pipelines and campaign performance for actionable insights.
• Promote best practices, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
• Foster organic growth and client retention initiatives.
• Design and deliver compelling sales materials and marketing collateral.
