Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a driven sales-oriented professional to develop and acquire new business revenue while providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships across teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with producers and support staff to drive growth, retain clients, and align with Gallagher's culture of service and expertise in employee benefits and insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with related experience and insurance licensing.
• Bachelor's degree with Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP) and insurance licensing.
• High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.
• Preferred professional designation such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
• Behaviors: independent work style with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients.
• Provides client service to meet needs and retain clients.
• Participates in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
• Manages overall client relationships with day-to-day account management.
• Develops and maintains interdivision/intercompany relationships.
