Job summary

Gallagher is hiring to expand the sales and client service team. You will develop new business revenue, service clients, and participate in team sales efforts with support from colleagues.

The role includes educating and developing staff in sales and client service, while leveraging interdivision relationships to maximize opportunities. The position emphasizes independent work with strong communication skills and a potential for professional designation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings, with professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, including small to mid-size companies.
• Provides client service aligned with client needs and potentially manages client relationships with support from account management.
• Participates in team sales situations and supports staff in new client sales scenarios and service requirements.
• Drives education and development of staff in new client sales and account service; builds interdivision relationships.
