Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a results-driven Producer in the United States to build and grow a robust client base in the employee benefits space. You will develop a proactive sales strategy, prospect actively, and manage a book of business while collaborating with Gallagher’s specialists across Pharmacy, Voluntary Benefits, Retirement Services, HR Consulting and other divisions.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial drive, relationship-building, and a track record of achieving sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a High School Diploma with 8+ years of experience.
• Appropriate insurance licensing is required.
• Professional designation (CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM) may be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business across targeted clients.
• Lead prospecting and pipeline management to exceed goals.
• Conduct client discovery with CEOs and CHROs as needed.
• Coordinate with Client Service teams to retain and grow accounts.
• Network with industry professionals to advance career and opportunities.
