Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a customer-focused individual to support sales and operations at our dealership. You will greet customers, explain vehicle features, discuss pricing and financing basics, and assist with test drives and paperwork to ensure a smooth buying journey.

You will follow up with internet leads and showroom guests, maintain effective communication, and help across departments to keep operations running efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Must pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing process with vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with leads and showroom guests via phone, text, and email to nurture relationships.
