Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience in our dealerships. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and the full sales process from appointment to sale, while supporting daily operations and compliance.

You’ll open/close the store, handle cash, manage inventory, and participate in ongoing training and development to advance through Levels 0–4 as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through sales processes.
• Manage full sales cycle: make sales calls, secure appointments, and convert visits into sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and dealership processes to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Support onboarding and training for new Sales and Operations Advisors and participate in development programs.
