Cengage is seeking a Sales Consultant to support the sales process through essential administrative tasks and CRM accuracy. The role partners with the Strategic Accounts Team and Regional Directors across multiple territories to sustain client engagement and revenue growth.

The position emphasizes coordination with cross-functional partners, content mapping, and timely reporting to guide opportunities and renewal potential in assigned territories.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; 2+ years sales or customer interaction experience.
• Experience with digital sales products and contact management systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support selling strategies in partnership with sales leadership and personnel.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support enabling engagement and revenue generation.
• Update Salesforce and maintain CRM data for opportunities, accounts, and activities.
• Generate CRM and Sales Operations reports to support forecasting and territory planning.
• Assist with contract alignment, order processing, billing questions, and follow-through.
