Job summary

PositecUSA seeks a Sales Operations Manager to lead CRM administration, dealer data management, and process improvements across North America. You will partner with the sales ops team and global colleagues to streamline workflows and enhance automation within the CRM ecosystem.

You’ll manage user access, create reports, and drive adoption of tools across the dealer network, while delivering user training and ensuring data quality for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM software.
• Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross‑functional, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Administering the CRM, including testing and upgrades and integrations with other platforms.
• Ensuring customer database and communication records are updated and reports generated.
• Dealer management, onboarding, data maintenance, and tool development.
• Maintaining HubSpot knowledge and leveraging CRM features for engagement.
• Leading user account management and creating appropriate access levels.
• Delivering end‑user training and evaluating development opportunities.
• Analyzing data to optimize dealer interactions and perform data quality checks.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain platform performance.
• Participating in field business compliance audits and leading special projects.
