Job summary

TÜV SÜD America, Inc. is seeking a CRM & Lead Management Specialist to optimize lead routing, CRM administration, and automation to boost sales efficiency and customer engagement.

You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure leads are accurately routed and followed up, while maintaining data quality and building automated workflows across platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years supporting CRM, marketing or sales operations and lead management.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of CRM workflow automation, lead scoring and data quality practices.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead routing and distribution within the CRM per business rules.
• Create and manage sales leads from multiple sources (email, events, webinars).
• Improve lead handoffs, nurturing, engagement, and conversion across sales stages.
• Audit CRM data quality, remove duplicates, standardize naming conventions.
• Build CRM reports and dashboards to track metrics and performance.
• Develop lead scoring, segmentation, and automated nurturing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance CRM use, efficiency, and customer experience.
