Job summary

Point Designs, a Hanger company, seeks an Order Processing & Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Colorado. You will handle order entry, quotes, customer communications, and cross-functional support across operations, manufacturing, sales, and finance to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will manage files, assist with shipments, and provide administrative support while maintaining accuracy and timely updates on order status and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Able to work fully in-person.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders with accurate parts, pricing, and shipping data.
• Maintain customer files, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing for timely fulfillment and clear delay notices.
• Generate quotes and track orders to completion.
• Support sales with reports and documentation.
• Provide admin support: notes, travel, supplies.
