Grabba Leaf LLC is seeking an organized Sales Coordinator to join our sales team and support order processing from receipt through delivery. You will coordinate inventory, shipping, and logistics while preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operations.

You will communicate with customers and vendors, assist with promotions, and provide administrative support to drive sales initiatives and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in business, sales, marketing, economics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or an administrative role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
• Process orders from receipt through delivery accurately.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and metrics.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse to ensure availability.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics, track deliveries, resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
• Support sales initiatives and prepare sales materials.
