Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or order management preferred.
• ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite) is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders.
• Enter and manage orders in Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Review pricing, delivery info, and documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounting, and Operations.
• Track orders from PO receipt to delivery.
• Maintain records, trackers, and internal documentation.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and resolve issues.
• Communicate order status and required actions clearly to internal teams.
• Assist Sales with operational and administrative support as needed.
