Job summary

Shoppa’s Material Handling is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative support to the sales team in a fast-paced environment. You will review order packages, verify credit and coordinate with departments to purchase equipment, schedule delivery, and track orders through delivery.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and customer service. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP (MS Dynamics NAV), and CRM (Salesforce) is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred with accounting background.
• Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics NAV) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Proficient in MS Office and able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review Order Packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter data into ERP/CRM systems and prepare invoices.
• Coordinate with departments to purchase equipment and schedule delivery.
• Track orders and maintain inventory levels across equipment types.
• Generate reports and assist with monthly commissions and audits.
