Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment and coordinate with drivers.
• Optimize routing and act as a DOT regulations expert.
• Support branch coordinators and sales representatives.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue through service.
