The role emphasizes analytical reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging SQL skills and tools like Configure One and IFS to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a sales, technical, or customer-facing environment.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting and insights.
• Familiarity with tools such as Configure One, Google Docs/Sheets, IFS, RingCentral.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create and distribute performance dashboards and reports.
• Develop and refine sales forecasts and performance KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance against goals and make recommendations.
