Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and summarize key data points for sales growth.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators of sales programs.
• Identify actionable metrics about product and inventory levels.
• Develop presentations analyzing sales and inventory levels.
• Implement and manage reports and dashboards for sales teams.
• Work with IT to identify system enhancements for data updates.
• Manage daily business activities of assigned accounts.
• Ensure timely shipping of orders and back orders.
• Obtain product and technical knowledge through training.
• Enter orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer requests for quotation promptly.
• Resolve disputes involving orders with Product Assurance.

Formation
