Elemental Brands is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Reno, NV to support the sales team with data analysis, forecasting, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and finance to ensure data accuracy and drive informed decision-making.

You will create dashboards and reports, monitor performance against goals, assist with territory management and quota planning, and help refine sales processes across the organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales, technical, or customer-facing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Configure One, Google Docs/Sheets, IFS, RingCentral.
• Knowledge of lighting industry terminology (a plus).
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
