• 2–5 years in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Proven ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience using Excel and BI tools to create reporting solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent collaboration across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to provide reporting, analysis, and operational support to improve sales effectiveness.
• Prepare and interpret sales and operational data; identify trends and data gaps with recommendations.
• Maintain and support sales reporting tools, dashboards, KPIs, and data sources for accuracy.
• Assist in reports and analyses related to sales performance, customer trends, pipeline activity, and product performance.
• Support forecasting, territory planning, account assignment, and target-setting via data collection and analysis.
• Contribute to CRM, reporting, and process improvement projects with requirements gathering and testing.
• Investigate routine business issues, perform root cause analysis, and suggest solutions.
• Provide analytical support for business initiatives and special projects.
• Assist with training, documentation, and user adoption of sales processes and CRM tools.
• Maintain data quality standards and support operational efficiency across sales.
