Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales & Operations Advisor in Training at our Murray, UT dealership. You will greet customers, present vehicle features, explain pricing and financing basics, and guide them through the purchase journey.

You will support dealership operations, handle paperwork, schedule appointments, and collaborate with sales and management to drive a top-tier customer experience and meet dealership goals. Training is provided, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record in last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist with purchasing process including features, pricing, financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, calls and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
• Support paperwork processing and dealership operations.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
