Job summary

DriveTime is looking for a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience and drive sales at our dealerships. You will guide customers through inventory, financing options, and the purchase process from first contact to close.

You’ll support dealership operations, maintain compliance, and help ensure consistent, high-quality service. A focus on training new hires completes the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in sales and retail operations with proven sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer partnerships and guide them through the DriveTime process.
• Manage the full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and conversions to sales.
• Handle store opening/closing, cash handling, inventories, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and related sales processes.
• Coach and support new Sales and Operations Advisors; participate in training.
