Job summary

Guardian Tax in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Sales Opener for a full-time, in-office role. You will be the first contact for potential clients, asking questions to understand their tax situation and transferring qualified prospects to Account Executives to close deals.

The position offers a base pay of $17 per hour plus $3 per qualified transfer and $5 for each transferred lead that closes, with additional performance-based earning opportunities.

Guardian Tax is growing our Chandler, Arizona sales team and looking for energetic, motivated Sales Openers who are ready to learn and earn.

This is a full-time, in-office position where you’ll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and transferring qualified prospects to our Account Executives to close.

++How You Get Paid++

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour

PLUS:

• $3 for every qualified transfer
• Additional $5 for every transferred lead that closes
• Performance-based earning opportunities on top of your hourly pay

++What You’ll Do++
