Job summary

Guardian Tax in Chandler, Arizona is hiring a Sales Opener for a full-time, in-office role. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, calling prospects, asking about their tax needs, and routing qualified prospects to Account Executives.

Guardian Tax is growing our Chandler, Arizona sales team and looking for energetic, motivated Sales Openers who are ready to learn and earn.

This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and transferring qualified prospects to our Account Executives to close.

How You Get Paid

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour

PLUS:

• $3 for every qualified transfer
• Additional $5 for every transferred lead that closes
• Performance-based earning opportunities on top of your hourly pay

What You'll Do

As a Sales Opener, you'll be the first point of contact for potential Guardian Tax clients. You'll:
