Guardian Tax is expanding our sales team in Chandler, AZ, seeking a Client Solutions Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This in-office, full-time role focuses on inbound leads, building trust, closing deals, and guiding clients through tax solutions with ongoing coaching and weekly incentives.

You'll work with qualified inbound prospects, receive medical/dental/vision benefits, paid training, and a supportive leadership team.

Client Solutions Specialist – Inside Sales

Guardian Tax | Chandler, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office

Guardian Tax is expanding our sales team and seeking motivated Client Solutions Specialists who enjoy helping people, achieving goals, and building a successful career in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

In this role, you\'ll work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax-related challenges. You\'ll work exclusively with qualified inbound leads - no cold calling required. Your focus will be on understanding each client\'s situation, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

Schedule

Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)

Hours:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
