Job summary

Guardian Tax is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our top-performing team in a fast-paced, in-office environment. You’ll work with warm inbound leads and receive hands-on training to sharpen your sales skills.

We provide leads, training, and support; no cold calling. Earn base pay plus commissions with up to 15% commission and performance incentives. This full-time role offers an energetic, growth-focused atmosphere on our sales floor.

• Experience in sales is a plus but not required.

You don’t need tax resolution experience to get started. Guardian Tax provides hands‑on training, sales coaching, scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing support designed to help motivated people develop into successful Account Executives.

What You’ll Do

• Handle warm inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns
