Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Opener to be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking tax relief services. As an opener, you will engage with inbound leads, qualify prospects, build rapport, and set appointments for our senior closers. This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in the tax resolution industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
• Engage prospects with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Pre-qualify leads by identifying their tax situation and determining potential fit.
• Educate prospects about our services and the benefits of working with Five Star Tax Resolution.
• Schedule appointments for closers or transfer calls when necessary.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and follow up as needed.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven.
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
• Experience in tax resolution, financial services, or similar industries is a plus (but not required).
