Job summary

Guardian Tax in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Sales Opener for a full-time, in-office role. You will be the first contact for potential clients, asking questions to understand their tax situation and transferring qualified prospects to Account Executives to close deals.

The position offers a base pay of $17 per hour plus $3 per qualified transfer and $5 for each transferred lead that closes, with additional performance-based earning opportunities.

• Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter.
• Confident on the phone, coachable, competitive, dependable, and motivated by the opportunity to earn more based on performance.
