Job summary

Guardian Tax Network in Irvine, CA is hiring Sales Openers for our in-office team. You’ll be the first contact for prospective clients, qualify leads, and hand off to Account Executives to close deals. This full-time role rewards energy and coachable attitude with performance-based pay.

Base pay is $18/hour with additional $3 per qualified transfer and $5 for each transferred lead that closes, plus opportunities for coaching and advancement within a high-energy sales environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter.
• Confident on the phone, coachable, competitive and motivated by performance.
• Able to learn through ongoing coaching and training.

Responsibilities

Guardian Tax is growing our Irvine, California sales team and looking for energetic, motivated Sales Openers who are ready to learn and earn.

This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and transferring qualified prospects to our Account Executives to close.

How You Get Paid

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour

PLUS:

• $3 for every qualified transfer
• Additional $5 for every transferred lead that closes
• Performance-based earning opportunities on top of your hourly pay

The more quality opportunities you create, the more you can earn.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Opener, you'll be the first point of contact for potential Guardian Tax clients. You'll:

• Speak with prospective clients over the phone
• Ask questions to understand their tax situation
• Follow our proven sales process
• Build interest and establish trust
• Identify qualified opportunities
• Transfer qualified prospects to our Account Executives
• Work alongside a competitive, high-energy sales team
• Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training
