Job summary

Guardian Tax in Irvine, California, is hiring Sales Openers for a full-time, in-office role. You will connect with potential clients, identify opportunities, and transfer qualified prospects to Account Executives to close deals.

Base pay is $18.00 per hour, with bonuses of $3 per qualified transfer and $5 for every transferred lead that closes. Expect a dynamic, performance-driven team with ongoing coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for potential Guardian Tax clients by phone.
• Ask questions to understand clients' tax needs and qualify opportunities.
• Follow the proven sales process and build trust with prospects.
• Transfer qualified prospects to Account Executives for closure.
• Work with a high-energy, competitive sales team and receive coaching.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and skills development.

Guardian Tax is growing our Irvine, California sales team and looking for energetic, motivated Sales Openers who are ready to learn and earn.

This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and transferring qualified prospects to our Account Executives to close.

How You Get Paid

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour

PLUS:

• $3 for every qualified transfer
• Additional $5 for every transferred lead that closes
• Performance-based earning opportunities on top of your hourly pay

The more quality opportunities you create, the more you can earn.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Opener, you'll be the first point of contact for potential Guardian Tax clients. You'll:

• Speak with prospective clients over the phone
• Ask questions to understand their tax situation
• Follow our proven sales process
• Build interest and establish trust
• Identify qualified opportunities
• Transfer qualified prospects to our Account Executives
• Work alongside a competitive, high-energy sales team
• Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training
