Job summary

Guardian Tax in Chandler, Arizona is hiring Sales Openers for our local in-office team. This full-time role connects with prospective clients by phone and transfers qualified leads to Account Executives to close deals.

You will earn $17 per hour base plus $3 per transferred lead that qualifies and $5 for every lead that closes, with additional performance-based bonuses; a fast-paced, energetic sales team environment.

Guardian Tax is growing our Chandler, Arizona sales team and looking for energetic, motivated Sales Openers who are ready to learn and earn.

This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and transferring qualified prospects to our Account Executives to close.

How You Get Paid

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour

PLUS:

• $3 for every qualified transfer
• Additional $5 for every transferred lead that closes
• Performance-based earning opportunities on top of your hourly pay

What You'll Do

As a Sales Opener, you'll be the first point of contact for potential Guardian Tax clients. You'll:

• Speak with prospective clients over the phone
• Ask questions to understand their tax situation
• Follow our proven sales process
• Build interest and establish trust
• Identify qualified opportunities
• Transfer qualified prospects to our Account Executives
• Work alongside a competitive, high-energy sales team
• Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training
