Job summary

Guardian Tax Network is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Irvine, CA team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on warm inbound leads provided by our marketing team, with no cold calling.

You will conduct professional phone consultations, identify client needs, and guide prospects through our tax-resolution services using a proven sales process. No prior tax experience is required—as our training program covers product knowledge, scripts, and ongoing coaching.

Your performance directly impacts your paycheck. Our Account Executives have the opportunity to earn up to 15% commission, plus base pay and available performance incentives.

You don't need tax resolution experience to get started. Guardian Tax provides hands-on training, sales coaching, scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing support designed to help motivated people develop into successful Account Executives.
