Job summary

Guardian Tax in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Sales Closer for our in-office team. You will work with warm inbound leads from clients needing IRS relief and tax debt help, understand their situation, present the right solution, and close the deal.

This high-energy, performance-driven role offers 15% commission on every closed deal plus bonuses and benefits. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with one half-day Saturday per month.

Qualifications

Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler sales team and looking for experienced, motivated Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.

This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales position built for professionals who are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by strong earning potential and career growth.

The best part? No cold calling.

You’ll be working with 100% warm inbound leads from people who have already reached out to Guardian Tax because they need help with IRS issues and tax debt.

Your role is to understand their situation, identify their needs, present the right solution, and close the deal.
