BD in the United States (Revenue Operations/Commercial Excellence) is seeking a detail‑oriented coordinator to support onboarding readiness and vendor credentialing across Sales Operations. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Legal/Contracts, and field teams to ensure timely access, accurate data, and smooth Day‑1 readiness for new hires and transfers.

Qualifications

Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of corporate program administration, operations support, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate readiness activities for new hires, transfers, terminations, managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Monitor access, equipment, training, and system readiness to prevent delays.
Support New Hire Orientation by coordinating communications and ensuring key access and readiness items are working as expected.
Maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation to improve coverage and reduce reliance on individual knowledge.
Offer cross‑coverage to other areas within Sales Operations support and assist with vendor credentialing and contractual compliance.
