Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Sales Readiness Specialist to design and scale onboarding for a global sales team. You will enable sellers to perform in enterprise environments, shaping training programs and leveraging data to continuously improve readiness.

You will collaborate with our Global Sales Enablement team and other stakeholders to deliver impactful sessions, materials, and reports, aligning with our go-to-market strategy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales enablement experience in B2B (energy or infrastructure preferred).
• Self-motivated, strong communicator with a positive team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate dynamic, practical learning experiences for new sellers.
• Develop and deliver onboarding content with guidance from Global Sales Enablement Manager.
• Work with enablement and cross-functional teams to ensure impactful training.
• Reinforce sales methodology, processes, systems, and tools in training sessions.
• Elevate delivery quality across the onboarding program.
• Personalize learning using data and feedback to improve onboarding.
• Manage learner progression, reporting, and readiness insights for managers.
• Collaborate across global time zones to support regional training needs.
