Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Sales Readiness Specialist to design, deliver, and scale world-class onboarding experiences for our global sales team in enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with the Global Sales Enablement Manager and cross-functional partners to translate sales methodology into practical training, manage learner progression, and provide readiness insights to hiring managers across international regions.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• 2-4 years of sales enablement experience in B2B setting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training for a global sales organization.
• Collaborate across enablement and cross-functional teams to ensure impactful training.
• Manage learner progression, reporting, and readiness insights for managers.
• Support regional teams across time zones and deliver training as needed.
