• Adaptable and capable of working with AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume customer interactions via phone and email.
• Own ticket queue and sales pipeline.
• Proactively upsell Health Insurance, Workers' Comp, and 401(k).
• Diagnose tax discrepancies and navigate state portals.
• Configure sick time, PTO, and overtime for compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk and other teams; seek handoffs as needed.
• Leverage AI tools daily to improve workflows and provide feedback.
