Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-volume sales or customer service role with cross-selling or quotas.
• Eager to learn about a brand-new industry, tax rules, and payroll processes.

• Strong written and spoken communication, across phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume customer conversations via phone and email.
• Own your ticket queue and manage opportunities.
• Grow revenue through plan upgrades and cross-sell opportunities.
• Diagnose tax discrepancies and navigate state portals.
• Configure sick time, PTO, and overtime policies for compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk and other teams; request information when needed.
• Leverage AI tools daily to surface inefficiencies and provide feedback.
