Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-volume sales or customer service role with cross-selling or quotas.
• Comfort with learning about tax codes, compliance, and payroll basics.
• Strong communication across phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume customer interactions across phone and email onboarding small business owners to payroll and HR.
• Own your ticket queue and manage pipeline like a seller.
• Proactively position upgrades and surface cross-sell opportunities for Health Insurance, 401(k), etc.
• Troubleshoot state tax guidelines and ensure accuracy during onboarding.
