Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume conversations with small business owners via phone and email.
• Own your ticket queue and manage pipeline effectively.
• Proactively position plan upgrades and surface cross-sell opportunities.
• Diagnose tax discrepancies and troubleshoot state portals with guidance from compliance teams.
• Configure sick time, PTO, and overtime policies to keep client companies compliant from day one.
• Collaborate with Risk and other teams; apply AI-powered workflows to improve processes.
