ADP is hiring Implementation Specialists for client onboarding in a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days at home) in Alpharetta, GA. You will be the first touchpoint for small business clients, helping them set up payroll and HR solutions.

You’ll onboard clients, implement ADP technologies, collaborate with sales and support teams, and manage multiple follow-ups in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Training and mentorship are available to help you succeed and grow with ADP.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients for product or service implementations.
• Implement ADP Technologies within client environments.
• Partner Internally with sales and customer service teams.
• Multi-task & communicate across follow-ups and projects.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls.
