Virtualite helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. We are hiring a sales onboarding consultant to join our team, working with leads to finalize service selections and transition new clients into active accounts.

You will lead onboarding conversations, present our services, close new client agreements, and guide clients through activation, while identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining CRM records for ongoing

Qualifications

Experience in sales, onboarding, or client-facing roles is a plus.
Strong closing, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to build confidence and trust with prospective clients.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client conversations.
Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding conversations to confirm service scope, expectations, and timelines.
Present Virtualite’s services & solutions and close new client agreements.
Guide new clients through onboarding and activation process.
Identify early expansion or upsell opportunities during onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of opportunities, conversions, and onboarding status in CRM tools.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support long-term client success.
