We are seeking a motivated & energetic ROOFING ESTIMATOR to join our team.
The ideal candidate will obtain leads & convert them to clients through our four-step proven process. Perform roof inspections, prepare estimates, and provide clients with multiple options using our Better, Best, Basic pricing strategy. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through.

Responsibilities:
- Perform estimates for roof replacement to secure sales.
- Build rapport & trust with clients.
- Maintain relationships with professional partners for networking.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on all missed calls/messages.
- Convert leads into prospects via estimates.
- Utilize company-provided leads based on performance and availability.
- No door knocking required.
- Enter relevant lead info into CRM, including notes & tags.
- Research specialty items & source prior to estimates.
- Provide roofing, color, style & payment options to prospects.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Notify management of customer issues or concerns.
- Prepare postcards & letters for mailing campaigns.
- Implement marketing strategies and develop personal strategies with approval.
- Understand jurisdiction permit requirements.
- Prepare & execute daily sales plans.
- Grow market share and maximize territory performance.
- Stay updated on roofing systems, trends, and materials.
- Maintain accurate and clear contract and legal document completion.
- Develop a personal routine aligning with SOPs.
- Attend weekly and scheduled meetings.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience; construction or industrial sales is a plus.
- Professional, strong networking & conversational skills.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Proven accuracy, safety focus, and sales tracking skills.
- Competitive drive and continuous improvement mindset.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to learn and use CRM software.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic, dependability, and organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Self-managed and able to work independently.
