We are seeking a motivated & energetic ROOFING ESTIMATOR to join our team.

The ideal candidate will obtain leads & convert them to clients through our four-step proven process. Perform roof inspections, prepare estimates, and present multiple options to customers using our Better, Best, Basic pricing strategy. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform estimates for roof replacement to secure sales
  • Build rapport & trust with clients
  • Maintain relationships with professional partners for networking
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on all calls/messages
  • Convert leads into prospects using provided estimates
  • Enter lead information into CRM accurately
  • Research specialty items & sourcing prior to estimates
  • Provide options for roofing, color, style, & payment
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Notify management of customer issues or concerns
  • Prepare marketing materials for campaigns
  • Execute marketing strategies & develop personal strategies
  • Understand jurisdiction permit requirements
  • Develop and execute daily sales plans
  • Grow market share & maximize territory performance
  • Stay updated on roofing systems, trends, and material prices
  • Complete contract details and legal documents accurately
  • Create a personal routine aligning with SOPs
  • Attend meetings as scheduled
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of sales experience; construction or industrial sales a plus
  • Professional, able to network & enjoy conversations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong grammar & math skills
  • Negotiation skills & drive to sell
