Job description

We are seeking a motivated & energetic ROOFING ESTIMATOR to join our team.

The ideal candidate will obtain leads & convert them to clients through our four-step proven process. Perform roof inspections, prepare estimates, and provide customers with multiple options using our Better, Best, Basic pricing strategy. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform estimates for roof replacement to secure sales
  2. Build rapport & trust with clients
  3. Maintain relationships with professional partners for networking
  4. Ensure prompt follow-up on all missed calls/messages
  5. Convert leads to prospects via estimates
  6. Enter lead information into CRM accurately
  7. Research specialty items and sourcing prior to estimates
  8. Provide roofing, color, style & payment options
  9. Ensure an exceptional customer experience
  10. Notify management of issues or concerns
  11. Prepare postcards & letters for mailing campaigns
  12. Execute marketing strategies and develop personal strategies with approval
  13. Understand jurisdiction permit requirements
  14. Prepare & execute daily sales plans
  15. Grow market share & maximize territory performance
  16. Stay current on roofing systems, trends, and materials pricing
  17. Complete contract details and legal documents accurately
  18. Develop personal routines aligning with SOPs
  19. Attend weekly and scheduled meetings
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of sales experience; construction or industrial sales a plus
  • Professional, able to network & enjoy conversations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong grammar & math skills
  • Negotiation skills with a drive to sell
