SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth across Central Texas, including building strategy, coaching reps, and advancing key accounts.

This player-coach role requires developing your own book of business while also guiding a team, meeting prospects, and representing SERVPRO in the Central Texas business community. A strong track record in B2B sales is essential.

• Proven success in business development or outside sales.
• Ability to build and manage a personal book of business.
• Experience coaching or developing sales professionals.
• Strong B2B prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance individual production with team leadership.
• Strong pipeline management and organizational skills.
