SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to promote SERVPRO services across an assigned territory. You will build a referral network, meet business owners, and drive growth through relationship-based selling and routine client engagement.

You will leverage SERVPRO tools such as ERP and differentiators to position SERVPRO as a trusted restoration partner while pursuing sales goals with a structured route-sales approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven mindset with strong organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong referral network through daily route visits and relationship-building activities.
• Develop and achieve individual sales objectives aligned with company goals.
• Monitor and follow up on referred jobs to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Coordinate marketing events and participate in networking activities.
