SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell SERVPRO services in an assigned territory. You'll build a strong referral network, visit clients daily, and cultivate relationships with business owners, property managers, and insurance professionals.

Using SERVPRO’s tools like ERP, you’ll educate clients and position SERVPRO as their trusted restoration partner while pursuing growth, exceptional service, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven mindset with strong organization and follow-through
• Comfort using CRM systems and standard business software
• Experience in restoration, insurance, or commercial services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong referral network through daily route visits and relationship-building activities
• Execute a consistent contact business development cycle and track progress
• Develop and achieve individual sales objectives aligned with company goals
• Monitor and follow up on referred jobs to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
• Coordinate and participate in client appreciation, entertainment, and networking events
