Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the Huntersville, NC area to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive strong sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience. This role oversees front-end operations, customer service, and daily execution of brand standards and SOPs.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing POS/Self-Checkout, supporting BOPIS/Same Day Delivery, and promoting loyalty programs while ensuring operational continuity and asset protection.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Strong customer-focused leadership and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Drive sales and customer experience to meet KPIs.
• Oversee front-end and service operations for consistent brand standards.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
