Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through coaching and developing new and existing sales reps.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and train entry-level sales reps.
• Assist sales reps with account strategies to increase revenue.
• Hold the team accountable for daily activities and results.
• Monitor sales reports and communicate trends to senior leadership.
