Total Quality Logistics is searching for a driven Sales Manager in Wade Hampton, South Carolina. In this role, you'll lead a team of logistics sales representatives to achieve sales targets while fostering an environment of motivation and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, preferably leading a team of 10+.
• Experience in transportation or business services industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Driving revenue through coaching and developing sales reps.
• Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new sales reps.
• Assisting sales reps with account strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitoring sales reports and communicating trends to leadership.
• Coordinating support staff allocation to high volume accounts.
