Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably leading a team of 10+.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, lead and motivate others.
• Willingness to be on call 24/7/365.
• Open to relocation throughout your career if needed.
• Must be able to provide strong professional references.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a mid-to-large team of logistics sales reps to drive revenue.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and train entry-level sales reps.
• Develop account strategies with reps to increase revenue.
• Hold the team accountable for daily activities and results.
• Ensure employees maintain high integrity levels.
• Coordinate support staff allocation for high-volume accounts.
• Occasional travel to meet with prospects and customers.
• Monitor sales reports and relay trends to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to enhance sales training programs.
